BMSD organized its Annual Meeting in Matera, Italy (18–19 September). The meeting was organized by the Italian Multiple Sclerosis Register (coordinated by Prof. Trojano and Prof. Battaglia), which acts as coordinating center of the BMSD Network, and was a valuable opportunity to connect, exchange ideas, and discuss the latest developments with Network members and pharma representatives.

Key topics on the agenda included:

• the recent submission for the EMA Qualification Opinion
• collection of specific data subsets (NMOSD, MOGAD, and PROs)
• the inclusion of new MS registries
• proposals for new academic projects

In parallel, the Workshop on Statistics “Advanced Statistical Methods for Observational Studies in MS” (19–20 September) gathered internationally renowned statisticians to share cutting-edge approaches for generating real-world evidence in MS.

From 24 to 26 September, the BMSD network will participate in the 41st ECTRIMS Congress at the CCIB – Barcelona International Convention Center, in Barcelona, Spain. Visit us at the NPO Village in the Exhibition Hall, where our stand will showcase the initiative and share the latest updates.
